		<description>Thanks for reading my post and being convicted to write about it! My greatest gratitude.  I look forward to reading your thoughts, opinions and reactions, coming from a musician having worked in the industry.
I find it quite delightful that you drew references to Tommy Dorsey and Bing Crosby.  My original blog ideas was to comment on how where the music industry is going is where it has already been, namely the experiences of musicians during the early part of the last century.  But my blog post quickly transformed as I realized while some aspects are similar, many of the present challenges and opportunities are unique to the digital age.
